The plan to present itself professionally and attractively in the digital space has been implemented brilliantly by the Kantonsspital Baden (KSB). Its website has a lot of information for different groups that should be addressed, such as patients, visitors and applicants. But how do you get these groups to the different information they need in a targeted and efficient way on KSB's substantive website? To address this concern, KSB teamed up with aiaibot solution partner Wondrous to develop a chatbot.

«Sina» is the name of the chatbot that has graced the KSB website since April 2021. Sina picks up website visitors right on the homepage and presents them with a short selection of topics that are frequently searched for. In this way, Sina can provide searchers with the appropriate answer right away or navigate them to the right subpage.
