Its website has a lot of information for different groups that should be addressed, such as patients, visitors and applicants. But how do you get these groups to the different information they need in a targeted and efficient way on KSB's substantive website? «Sina» is the name of the chatbot that has graced the KSB website since April 2021. Sina picks up website visitors right on the homepage and presents them with a short selection of topics that are frequently searched for.
